Her Work Begins with Feeling

Before there is color.

Before there is composition.

There is atmosphere.

Adèle’s creative language was shaped by experience rather than convention. Years of hands on decorative work taught her how environments breathe, how they hold energy, and how they communicate without words. Transforming ordinary rooms into sensory spaces gave her a deep understanding of proportion, material, and emotional tone.

From this foundation, her work evolved naturally into styling for photography, where composition became storytelling. Through the lens, she learned to distill emotion into a single frame. To balance light and shadow. To allow texture to whisper rather than shout.

Painting became the most personal expression of that journey.

On canvas, Adèle works instinctively. She layers materials, blends softness with structure, and allows imperfection to create depth. Her pieces feel tactile and almost architectural. They do not compete for attention. They invite you in slowly.

Painter. Stylist. Former decorator. A woman guided by texture, intuition, and spatial emotion.

For Women Who Choose Substance

Adèle creates expressive contemporary art for design aware women who value emotional depth over decorative trends. Her work blends painting and photography to bring grounded intensity into refined interiors.

Following a nearly sold out solo exhibition in Cape Town, she continues to build a studio practice rooted in texture, truth, and aesthetic authority.
